We hear success stories almost every day. Some inspire us while others intimidate us, but all of them lead to the same question: How can I succeed in this world?
Now, success means different things to different people. I would consider myself successful when I wake up with a smile on my face day after day. Success is not just a fleeting emotion; it is a lasting feeling which echoes in one’s heart for a long time. It is a status that stays with a person. In the modern world, the word “success” has taken a very materialistic form. I don’t think so, I hear you say. Well, look around. For a second, go by my definition of success and think of how many people you have heard of who are successful. For me , a smile translates into something so much more than just happiness. Everyone can see a smile, but only a few can understand its true meaning. A world which does not understand this must be tackled with its own cruel ways.
So now, what can you do succeed? The answer to this question is surprisingly simple: Do ordinary things a lot better than others do and please, do it with a smile on your face. Of course, that is easier said than done. Not everyone gets to taste success; some have to taste failure. But the fact remains that nobody gets another shot at life—so just live to the fullest and you shall succeed at life!
